Bridge Help was established by solicitor Chris Sellars.
Having acted for clients in a number of commercial bridging loan deals throughout his 30-year career, he was frustrated at the unnecessary red tape his clients were subjected to while trying to access commercial finance quickly; as he says: “I knew I could do things better.”
Together with Andrew Parker and Sam Wood, experts in the fields of property development and finance respectively, he established Bridge Help in November 2017. From the outset, Bridge Help has been committed to being straightforward and upfront. There aren’t any headline rates with hidden fees to lure you in. What you see is what you get.
It is the very skills and experience of our founders that sets us apart from competitors. Chris, Andrew and Sam understand every aspect and perspective of a bridging loan application. It is this knowledge and experience that enables Bridge Help to find solutions and lend money where other lenders will not.
But they couldn’t do this on their own. We have built a trusted team – from direct employees, a national network of valuers and a partnership with a Sheffield commercial property solicitor, Mason Thomas Law, who all share our commitment to finding solutions and doing things properly and quickly. Our complete inhouse solution means we can act swiftly and decisively.
We put our people at the heart of everything we do. A computer doesn’t make the decision at Bridge Help, people do. That’s why we’re considered specialists in complex loan deals,
Our loan assessment team personally assesses each and every application independently, speaking to you regularly face-to-face and visiting your site. If there’s a solution, we will do our best to find it. Just one of the reasons that we’re one of the fastest growing bridging finance companies in the UK.
And, if you’re an investor you can share in our success through Bridge Help Ventures, which offers access to exclusive short-term, asset-backed funding opportunities. Find out more here.
A loan application is not a tick box exercise to us – it’s the beginning of a relationship and a shared commitment to getting the deal done quickly and efficiently.
Our decision-makers are involved from the start of your loan application ensuring a greater chance of a successful application. If there’s a solution, we will find it.
