Commercial bridging lender Bridge Help has strengthened its operational capacity with the appointment of Joni Atkinson to a newly created Case Manager role.

The position has been introduced to further enhance deal progression across Bridge Help’s growing pipeline, ensuring applications continue to move efficiently from enquiry through to completion.

Working closely with the business development, underwriting and legal teams, Joni will play a central role in maintaining momentum across live cases, supporting brokers and professional partners, and ensuring the smooth execution of all commercial bridging deals.

The creation of the role reflects Bridge Help’s continued growth and its commitment to supporting both brokers and borrowers in a fast-paced lending environment.

Chris Sellars, CEO of Bridge Help, said: “As our loan book and deal volumes continue to grow, it’s vital we invest in the right operational support to maintain speed, clarity and consistency across every case.

“Joni’s appointment strengthens our ability to manage transactions proactively and keep deals progressing efficiently. Case management is a critical function, and this role will play an important part in supporting our continued expansion.”

Joni is currently completing his final year studying Business at Nottingham Trent University, alongside his full-time role at Bridge Help. He brings experience working in high-performance, operationally demanding environments, where he developed strong organisational discipline, client communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure, qualities that align closely with the pace and expectations of commercial bridging finance.

Commenting on his appointment, Joni said:

“There is a collective and supportive team culture within Bridge Help. Every deal is a real team effort. I’m really looking forward to helping drive deals forward to the finishing line. Keeping cases moving is hugely important in bridging finance and I’m excited to contribute to that.”
