Bridge Help is a progressive company; one that genuinely values a work/life balance and offers flexible working based around our friendly office in Chesterfield.

We believe that being able to pursue your own interests and have family time outside work is every bit as important as the time you spend in the office.

That’s why it’s important to us to that we attract people to our team who share our ethos.

We’re not a company for shrinking violets. We’re all about open lines of communication; that means picking up a telephone rather than firing off an email!

If this sounds like you and you’d like to join our team in Chesterfield, then we have identified two new roles in Bridge Help. The job descriptions are flexible (just like working here!) It’s more important to us to attract the right people and mould the job and salaries to their skills. You tell us what you can bring to the roles!

This is a completely new role and would work within our experienced underwriting department and alongside our legal team.

The right person should have commercial and/or residential property transactional experience and be familiar with standard property enquiries, loan agreements, legal charges, debentures and personal guarantees.

The role is people-focussed so you need to be confident with people, especially when it comes to picking up the telephone and liaising between various professionals involved in the secure lending process.

Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a confident individual to join our established Business Development Manager team. You will have sales experience, preferably in financial services, and knowledge of finance brokers and how they work would also be good.

We pride ourselves on putting people at the heart of every deal. Face-to-face and telephone contact is what we’re all about, so you need to be confident. When it comes to being proactive, we want you to pick up the telephone and build relationships between Bridge Help and brokers. Email has a place in Bridge Help, but actual conversations are more important.

If either of these roles sound like you, then we’d love to have an exploratory chat with you.

To apply for either of these roles, please submit your CV and a covering letter outlining your experience and suitability to our Chief  Executive, Chris Sellars here: chris@bridgehelp.co.uk
