Bridge Help is the newest patron member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).

The commercial bridging finance provider has joined the broker trade body as it looks to increase its market share by doubling its loan book in 2023.

Bridge Help will now work with the Association, supporting its charter to provide products, services and support to NACFB financial broker members.

“We are delighted to join the NACFB as a patron and to support the services that its broker members provide to property investors,” commented Chris Sellars, Chief Executive of Bridge Help.

“Becoming a patron member is intrinsic to our ambitions for the business in 2023 and beyond.”

Bridge Help started trading as an unsecured commercial bridging finance provider in 2017 after being founded by Chris Sellars, Andrew Parker and Sam Wood. Since being established, Bridge Help has doubled its loan book year-on-year.

The final quarter of 2022 was the busiest Bridge Help has ever been, which the business attributes to the fact that all its loans are self-funded by private investors rather than overseas institutions. “Despite the volatility of the market right now, we have been able to maintain stable rates for our loans because we are not tied to the rising base rate; this has resulted in increased demand for our loan products in recent months,” explained Chris.

Established in 1992, the NACFB is the largest trade association for commercial finance brokers in the UK. The Association partners with members to foster professional expertise and embrace high industry and regulatory standards, including engagement with stakeholders, to support businesses within the sector.

On Wednesday 14 June, Bridge Help will be attending the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo in Hall 3A at the Birmingham NEC.  The Expo is the UK’s largest intermediary-led trade show, attracting more than 2,000 delegates. Bridge Help will join over 140 exhibitors at the show Find Bridge Help on stand L08. To catch up with the team and attend the show, register here.
