Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are a fast-growing and dynamic commercial bridging loan company based in Chesterfield, with a reputation for providing fast, reliable, and flexible financial solutions to our clients who are based across England and Wales. Due to continued success and increased demand, we are now looking to recruit a highly motivated, driven, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be able to commute easily to our office in Chesterfield on a daily basis. The successful candidate must have experience in outbound calling and sales, as well as a strong background in business development, preferably within the finance sector and / or bridging industry.
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of broker relationships, whilst also sourcing new business opportunities and generating leads through effective communication and sales techniques. A strong team player, you will be working closely with our existing team of BDMs to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support throughout the entire loan process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, switched on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to possess excellent account management and customer service skills.
