How long have you been with Bridge Help, and what do you do here? I have been working at Bridge Help since July 2023. I primarily handle data management, billing, and invoices, ensuring the financial aspects of our operations run smoothly.
What do you like most about working at Bridge Help? I genuinely appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity for open communication with my colleagues. If I ever have a question or encounter a problem, I know I can always turn to my team for help and support.
What’s the most interesting part of your job? The most interesting aspect of my role is working with data and matching it to the different accounts in order to generate reports. This task challenges me to problem-solve and think logically, making it a rewarding part of my job. I have always found that if you enjoy a certain part of your work, then you definitely develop a wider interest in it.
What’s your favourite memory working at Bridge Help? I really enjoy it when our team engages in various quizzes devised by David. It’s always a fun and bonding experience.
How do you achieve success in your role? Each case as unique, requiring me to find the right solution. I must stay attentive and adaptable to ensure that the financial aspects of our business operations are managed effectively.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Outside of work, I find solace in nature and enjoy visiting historical places. It’s a great way for me to unwind and learn more about the rich history here.
Who is your hero and why? My hero is Sherlock Holmes. I admire his logical approach to problem-solving and his unique way of thinking. His ability to piece together complex puzzles and mysteries is truly inspiring.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? The best advice I’ve received is to listen to yourself and believe in your own abilities. Self-confidence and self-awareness are the foundations of personal and professional growth.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? I would love to learn more languages. I am currently fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English. I love the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures through language and this is something I find fascinating and invaluable.
